40 years in the Real Estate Profession, I have specialized in Residential Sales, with Listing and first time home buyers. In 1989 Open my first office as an Independent Brokerage, In 1993 joined ERA Franchise growing the company to one of the top 100 in the Country. In 2011 we merged with Keller Williams Realty Group of Limerick, Collegeville, and Audubon. From 2013 to 2016 I took the position of TeamLeader for the office growing it from an agent count of 133 to 195.
My Focus is helping Sellers to market their home for the best and highest price, of guiding them thru the transaction from start to finish. I am active with my local board serving in various leadership position and President in 2008. At the state level I serve on various committees and also have served in leadership roles. I dedicated time to my follow agents and help with keeping them on top of the latest in technology and government affairs as it reflects on real estate.
